Q: How much does SchoolAdvisor cost?
A: SchoolAdvisor has three options.
- A free listing.
- A country listing - which links you to one country. *Premium
- An international listing - which links to multiple countries. *Premium

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: You can either pay by credit card or by entering your banking details. SchoolAdvisor does not accept cheques, postal orders, or pay-by-phone.
Q: When will I be billed?
A: Your credit card will be charged when you subscribe. The subscription will automatically renew monthly (only in the case when you select a country or international listing).
*You can downgrade to a free listing at any time.
Q: Who can update our billing information?
A: The original person that claimed your listing on SchoolAdvisor is considered to be your "Account Owner". This person is able to view and update billing information. If you need to change your account owner, please contact our support team ([email protected]).
Q: Are there any cancellation fees or set up fees?
A: Nope. If you decide to downgrade your account to the free listing option, as of the next scheduled billing date, there will be no further charges incurred.
Q: Does SchoolAdvisor issue refunds?
A: SchoolAdvisor does not issue refunds. You can downgrade to a free listing at any time but you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription.
